Step 1 Getting Clarity and Setting Intention
- get centred and grounded in the body
- Get rid of anybody else’s ideas about what you want
- Your answers are inside of you
- Clear away other peoples ideas
- close your eyes
- Feel where you are, bring awareness into the moment
- Focus on the centre of your head
- Notice thoughts, let them float into the background
- Connect the body to the earth, grounding
- notice how you get more present and more calm as you ground
- Deep breathe
- Ask: How would I like to play bigger in my life right now?
- Is this is idea truly my idea? Or am I just thinking of things is should do or things that I think people will like me better for?
- Focus on what you want just for you. With that intention in mind, Smile and enjoy that idea that is your own.
How much of your life is other peoples ideas for you? To do your best in life you have to let go of other peoples ideas for you, also let go of your egoic ideas, because your ego is also trying to please other people.
