In Kantian Ethics, it is asserted that "the means must be as moral as the ends."
Here, memes serve as a means, not the end. The meme, being the end product, is the means, and the final end is yet to be revealed.
Similarly, magick or magickal practice is not the means, nor is spiritual practice, dharma, or even poaching an egg.
These are all ends, in and of themselves. Spiritual practice is not a means to achieve the end of spiritual enlightenment, it’s one way to be Spiritual.
Every time I've used magick, people, memes, or intent as a means to an end, or even when I've fried an egg without care, it hasn't worked out as intended.
It is essential to stay focused on the ends, value all memes as if they are equally moral, and so value all ends. By doing this, we can rightly manifest our intentions, adhering to the Kantian view of ethical conduct.
